Atom X hearing aids have great features

I had a lot of feedback from the new hearing aids. However, once Steve walked me through the reasons for feedback, I switched the cones and the feedback stopped. Great suggestion Steve!

I was walked set by step to try my first time hearing aids. We had problems with the model. The Noby the hearing specialists recommended upgrading. The process was made simple.

I was not high Pressured to upgrade the model

When I received the ATOM Pro 2 I tried to put it in my ear. There was horrible feedback, so I waited for the time I had scheduled to learn how to use my new hearing aids. I leaned how to use it, the assistant was very patient with me. He explained that the earpieces were too large for my ears. He helped, but I still had feedback, which I knew that I would not be able to tolerate. He then suggested a behind-the-ear model that would eliminate the feedback. I agreed to try it. He promised that I would still have the 45 days to try it out. He was never pushy; I was allowed to make my own decision. I appreciate having the time to decide if these hearing aids are a good fit for me.

Great features and guidance by hearing specialist

It’s almost 2 months I bought the Ion Pro. Chambers Guerrero guided me in a video call through all the steps in setting up and how to use in different environments and select the perfect profile for my hearing loss. His explanations were very clear and clarified my doubts. The hearing aids works very well for me and I’m able to hear conversations in noisy environments.
I would recommend this to a friend!
