I have not had a very good experience with the aids but John convinced me to give my trial more time.
I have agreed to continue trying the aids and hopefully, everything will work out to my satisfaction.

I have just started using the hearing aids so will be awhile before I know how to rate them. I would like to say that it is great that you provide all the videos and the video meeting (mine was with Salah Kamell). Both of which are very helpful.

So NO to Atom X.

I bought these hearing aids mid October 2025. I have already returned one pair because they are unreliable. The new pair that I received Early November are no better. They lose connection with the carry case which is the only way to change settings. I am Not happy with these Atom X at ALL.
