Atom X and Atom Ion Pro 2 fit different profiles

Mohammed was clear and responsive addressing my issues. He listened carefully and confirmed my issues, then offered effective advice and options. He built trust and confidence.
The Atom X did not fit my hearing profile as well as the Ion Pro 2 and Mohammed helped me quickly trade devices.
