I like the various settings

My wife purchased the hearing aids for me and I've been very satisfied with them so far. I also was very pleased with my phone meeting. She helped me with one issue I was having with the amount of charge the hearing aids should have.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Fitting in progress

I gave this product a fair rating due to the fact that I have not been able to truly try them out.
I purchased the Atom X hearing aids around 3 weeks ago. I could only use them for a short time due to the earbuds did not fit properly and were very uncomfortable. (I have same ear canals).
I did receive the smallest earbuds today, I will try them out tomorrow, and report back to you if they work for me.

too small

I got my hearing aids last week and have come to the conclusion they are too small to go into my ears. Will be eventually ordering some over the ear aids.

Mom can’t keep up

I purchased these for my 95 year old mother, however she has lost too much to dementia and is not able to operate them. She is in assisted living now and is now unable to perform simple tasks she used to only a few months ago. She cannot keep track of much of anything any more.

Great understanding and helpful

I have tried the Ion and have not had good results. The call today was very helpful in that I wa shown an alternative to consider. Also helpful in assisting me in return of current Ion's which are not working well for me in that they do not improve clarity which I need.

I received my Atom X just four days ago and yesterday had my introductory learning session with Myrose . Everything has been going very well and Myrose was lovely and patient with me. She did a complete review of the hearing aids and helped me with connecting Bluetooth to my iPad and IPhone. Overall I am very pleased with Audien service and product. Thank you!
