These worked fine for the first month. Now all I have in one aid is continual whistling / static. Does not matter in any of the thru 1-5 settings.
My aids are Atom Pro 2 aids. NOT Audien Atom X OTC as shown at top of page

Pro 2 feedback problem

Julien was very helpful in working with me to find a solution to my issue of feedback with the Audien Pro 2 hearing aid. The product is not excellent, given that the device needs to be at the lowest volume to prevent feedback. At Volume 1, my hearing capacity is not acceptable.
However, the service by Julien was excellent.
