Just got it and started using it. Had a little problem. Technically absolutely great support people. I Left a message on the support line and got an immediate phone call back which fixed the problem

I just ended my vireo call with Salah and I could not be more pleased with how he was able to figure out the issue I was having and solve it for me. He was a pleasant person to deal with get it figured out.

I bought a pair of Atom 2 Pro hearing aids and the volume on the right one did not work. The zoom call went very well and I am getting a replacement.

Bad battery

I bought the Ion Pro last month and after a day the left one quit and wouldn't recharge. The support team was very helpful and sent a replacement. I have been wearing them for less than a week and they work as advertised. The on-boarding audiologist was helpful in describing the functions of the aids.

Charlize was very patient with myself and my grandmother as we worked through our issues with the Atom pros. Unfortunately we still weren’t able to get them to stop making a noise but grateful for her help none the less.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
