Very friendly and helpful. I felt comfortable talking with her about my problem. She said she would get back to me with an answer after she talked with a supervisor who was busy at that time. It is now Monday and I still have not received an answer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have had my Audien Atom X hearing aids for less than a week. I can’t believe all I was missing! I don’t ask people to repeat themselves anymore. The Atom X are comfortable and I love the case controls.
