First time using a hearing aid. Atom X so far is doing the job of better hearing. The video meet with Ahmed was helpful and I would encourage any new to hearing aids to take advantage online meeting.

Chadrine was very nice and polite and tried to help me as best she could but my I phone was having technical difficulties as I could not work the connection meeting app too well so I had to just talk only.

Purchased these hearing aids a few weeks back. I have never worn hearing aids before now. Very happy with my purchase. The product has improved my hearing significantly.
