Have issues with the domes & whistling, Attempting to correct the dome issue which should correct the whistling issues.

Hearing evaluation

I bought the Atom 2 and found it was not what I expected due to the loud sound of which I could not reduce the sound lower. I explained the experience I was having to Carlos, he suggested trying the Atom X which has more control over the volume. Carlos was helpful and was easy to work with. He has agreed to send the Atom X.
