I’m new to hearing aids but I am falling in love with this Easy to Use Atom X.’Hazel B. Was so patient and kind (when we explored handling options for my arthritic hands). I’m actually glad I started this project (Audien Hearing Aids).

I purchased my Audien X a couple of days ago and was having problems with it. I called the support line and in 5 minutes in the phone, it was working fine.

My review highlights the hearing specialist Ahmed. When he heard that my problem was with the fitment of the hearing device he immediately went into troubleshooting mode and helped me find a solution. Outstanding work!

I have had these for about 3 weeks now and they often have whistling and crackling sounds. I just had an appoint with a specialist and I am hoping the changes improve my experience.
