Got a few tips from Sarah on using the hearing aides, insertion, cleaning, etc. as well as an invoice to purchase a second pair and information on trading to a bluetooth model if I wanted to in the future.. The sound quality of the video was not the best with a bad echo from my computer and hers and she was going to let her tech people know. All in all a useful conversation.

The hearing aids are wonderful, they come with 3 different sizes of ear domes and comes with what you need to get started. The instructions are easy to follow. It has a Need Help card and what’s required to keep your earbuds working. They’re great!
I had a problem with the charger but they were great about replacing it.
I would recommend this to a friend!
