right ear aid does not connect to case

Switched from Pro 2 to Atom X and the Atom X right side aid works but does not connect to the case.

I bought them but meant to buy the ones that go behind the ear so had to exchange. I did try them on though, and they were great! I can't wait to receive the other ones.

I put them in during meeting with Jeff and I was amazed that I could hear him so clearly. He was clear and gave good instructions. After I finished, I could turn the volume down on our TV down. thank you
