Over all seems Mohamad was very helpful we got the squealing to stop and mom could hear what was being said. For now we will continue to work on using them and adjusting.

After having trouble with ringing in my left ear on my first video call, I had a second video call with Anna May this afternoon.The call started on schedule and she was pleasant and helpful. After sone testing, Anna Nay determined that the left
hearing aid was defective. A new set is being sent to me. The service today was excellent, but I still need to test the quality of the heating aids.

New product that is having some issues

Unfortunately after 3 pair of the Atom X being sent to me. We are switching to the Atom Pro 2. All 3 sets had problems with the handheld control.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
