I got the Atom X and the ear pieces kept going "off line". You sent a replacement set, and I took them out if the box, only to have them do the same thing. I will send them back for a refund.

Enya was very helpful in attempting to troubleshoot the issue with my left hearing aid. No resolution could be reached in an hour session, trying to get it to connect to the Audien ion pro app. A solution was reached by replacing the hearing aids I have had with a new set. Thank you so much.
