I bought the Atom X on 9/26/2025 and it worked for me. I only use when I am out socially. However, it quit charging the right hearing aid. Dana resolved the problem and assured the I would get a replacement...seems that others have called about same problem. Hope the company has resolved this problem of unit not charging the hearing aids.

I exchanged a set of Adam 2 for the Ion Pro. I was hopeful for some improvement in speech clarity. Most everything worked well for me except for that. I think I was premature in getting hearing aids in the first place. My ears aren't ready yet. I established the fact that I hear better than I thought I did. I'll return to Audien at another time. Everyone is super nice and understanding. .

I was having trouble with my ion pro hearing aids. I talked with Niki Brown and she was very helpful and took the time to listen to me about the problems I was having with the hearing aids and determined that I needed to return them for a replacement pair due to defective parts. She then walked me through what to do to return the product and sent me a return label.
