I bought this a week ago and love it other than the left aid was constantly disconnecting.
I had a video call with Badr Ahmed and he had me reset the aids and now all is well.

I received confirmation on several key points: Bluetooth effect on battery life; proper way to fit and use of different size tips; and the use of replacement was guards.I appreciated Rex's help in understanding these things and her ability to clearly explain things. I have not been completely pleased with battery life and my left hearing aid is going "dark" on me several times. Rex gave me some suggestions and urged me to keep track of this problem and let her/Audien know if it persists.

So easy to turn on and program to Bluetooth, my problem was to small of a ear canal and would fall out and when pushing back in would change the volume, I already have a pair over the ear type plus can be serviced locally.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought the Atom X 5 weeks ago after buying the Ion a year ago which only mad TV watching better. The Atom X are not perfect but with the 4 different modes it has made restaurants, crowds, etc. easier to function.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Audiem Hearing Aids weren't a solution for me.

I tried 2 different types of Audiem Hearing Aids but they really didn't help due to the fact that my hearing. My hearing loss is really diminished so Aids weren't a viable for my situation.
