I believe in Audien hearing aids. Actually i got 2 different ones and both are nice otherwise I wont purchase the second one. Not only the product was good but the after-sales-service was amazing. Thank you Mr. Salah Kamell. You were patient enough to hear my issues and very quick to resolve my problem.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Had my video chat with Salah Kamell this morning. I only had one question and that was regarding the wax filter process. Seems my filter was stuck, and Salah put in for an RMA for a new replacement set for me! Great support!

I am enjoying my hearing aids. I had to play around with them with modes and domes but so far, they have been great. Also I only need one and these have made that part wonderful.
