Excited to try the Atom X!

My current product was not working as well as I wanted it to. After meeting with the rep, I upgraded to a different product. The rep gave a discount to help pay for the upgrade. So now I get to try the new Atom X OTC Hearing aids. I am excited!

I received my earing aides a week ago. I don't like them at all, not a single thing. I did a video call and it was just a sales pitch to buy a more expensive model. I'm giving to much longer before I return them

Not quite suitable for my needs.

The Bluetooth seems very unreliable to me. Continously disconnecting at random one side or the other. The battery life isn't as advertised. I only got about 4-5 hours use out of a charge and only one partial recharge from the case. They are however, pretty comfortable and light weight. Did not hurt my ears and are loud enough for outside construction type environments.
