Jalane was able to show me how to connect
My Atom x to my Bluetooth on my cell.
However, it is not working now. I have tried
Repeatedly to reconnect it to my WiFi without any luck. It will not let me connect to my

Sorry to say the hearing aids we’re not a good fit for me,charging issues and blue tooth, but my tech Enya was great and gave me a full refund.

Still getting used to the aids and hopefully the upgrade will be smooth. Walsh was great with my communication issues. He followed up on our failed video chat and I got the information that I needed.

A good product

These hearing aids worked well for me when I tested them before setting them up for our elderly mother. I believe that would be a good solution for most users. However, our mother is in the stages of dementia and was not able to manage the technical and physical requirements for their use.
I would recommend this to a friend!
