Hearing aids are too loud, even on lowest setting. Ahmad was very understanding and suggested I try a different hearing aid. He will be sending me his pick.

Not a good choice for me

Stephen was very patient with us as we never did a video call before and kept losing him, my fault.. He was also very help determining what the problem was and suggesting a solution.. He gets 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great session with Stephen today- he answered all my questions, provided a few helpful tips, and was very friendly & engaging. Still struggling with the hearing aids after only 2 days- sound is magnified but hearing clarity is diminished. Hoping my experience improved after our conversation today.
