Get Audien Atom X! A+ features

The Audien Atom X hearing aids are just what I have been waiting for, no batteries to swap out, wireless connectivity and no app on my phone. Loren guided me through features, fitting, and maintenance and she made me feel comfortable. 5 stars!

I bought these a few weeks ago for my husband. He was already happy with the improvements in his hearing, but started having issues with the left hearing aid. After trouble shooting with our specialist Nika, she determined we need to replace them. It was a relatively painless process to get them returned. Now we're just waiting on the replacement pair.

I had some issues with the Atom X (the right hearing aid would not connect to the charger and I was also having issues with the right ear being in pain and swollen. I scheduled a call with hearing specialist Hazel Brook and she was able to offer options and solutions to my problems. Hazel attended our meeting on time, was very professional and helpful.
