Poor fit for the shape of my ear canal.

I could not wear the hearing aids I purchased as I have a very narrow ear canal. The Doctor advised me not wear them.

Atom X Squelching

I have had the Atom X OTC for 2 weeks. They have not met my expectations. The “squelching” is bothersome. I find that regardless of mode or volume it is present.
I also find that in TV mode it is difficult to hear conversation.
I will make every attempt get comfortable with them and reach out to the support team next week.

Good features with the different mode options.

I bought these for my 90 year old dad to try compared to his current hearing aids. I tried them and they seem to work fine but he is resistant to change and asked if I could return them.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great at explaining everything

I had a great interview with Ahmed Ali. He showed me how to put the hearing aides in the right way and gave me some tips in wearing them. Also the wax guards and how to use them.
