High Five “B”

Today I had a video meeting with “B”. I was contacting Audien to request a refund due to my struggles to get the hearing aids adjusted to me. He was able to help me reconsider and upgraded my aids. I’m willing to give these new aids a try. But the real reason I did try again was my coach “B”. Get him a raise.

My husband can hear clearly thanks to the AtomX. It was truly annoying to constantly repeat myself. The Audiologist appointment was beneficial with the assistance of Rokka. She was very professional and patient. All my husband’s questions as well as mine were answered.
