Product issues

I have received 4 different shipments of the Atom Pro 2. Each set has had serious issues. Ahmed has offered to upgrade me to the Atom Ion BTE for free. I am willing to try it to see of it is any better. Ahmed's understanding, help and offer of the upgrade is worthy of 5 stars. All the customer agents with Audien have been extremely helpful. The Atom Pro 2 product itself is only worthy of 3 stars at the most because of the issues.

A Superior Hearing Aid

I have had a different pair of hearing aids the past 2 years, but the Audien Atom provides much more clarity and many more options regarding your location to adjust your ability to hear.

Hearing spec.(Ahmad) was great. Helped me through setup and answered my questions. It wasn’t easy for him because the microphone on my end wasn’t working so he improvised and got us through the session. I am very pleased with the hearing aids and his assistance. I would recommend Audien for otc hearing help. Good product and first rate support.

Amazing for the price

My first hearing aid and they are great and simple to adjust both volume and frequency for each ear. For the price they do a wonderful job. It doesn't have all the features of more expensive hearing aids. The Atom One does not filter out background noise in crowded restaurants but overall they do a very good job
