the camera can't detect certain angle. the audio is bad. backup hasn't worked and i always get backup failure message. i called to the support centre. they suggested to reboot router/wifi. unbelieveable.

Waste of money

After the trial ends, the cameras are just glorified motion detectors. By the time you get notified of motion detection, it is too late and most people have already left your door step.

Delivery was prompt. Packaging is very good. Connection to wifi & set up was easy, good instruction. Installation is easy. Gave 4 stars because I am still learning sensitivity settings for our placement, seems to pick up random movement, like exhaust or furnace vapour. So far I am happy with this purchase, pairs well with Blink doorbells we have. Wait for a sale price, regular pricing is high. We purchased during Black Friday sale event.

Pay for subscription or dump the whole system

Everything was working perfectly until the trial ended. Once it ends, nothing works. They say loading videos will be 'slower' but the fact is that most of the time, they will never load. You would be extremely lucky if you manage to open live view, it will take ages, and won't load 99.99% of the time. If you camera tells you that motion is detected, you won't be able to check your cameras, no matter how long you wait, no matter how good your connection is, you just won't be able to view your cam. So, unless you are willing to be the yearly subscription, don't waste your time and money on this system.

Very bad motion detection sensor, doesn't capture all important motions and on top of that pay amazon subscription fee, Waoo!

Buyer beware

Camera image during daytime is great. Night image leaves you hanging a bit, especially when against a wall, it will reflect and not show much. Detection works well 90% of the time. Used to connect quickly. Not so much anymore. Easy set up. I purchased 4 complete systems because they are deemed stand alone. They will save a certain portion of film clips on their individual hubs. For almost three years, they did. In the last 4 weeks, all of my units no longer record. As I was told by the BLINK support person, without a USB or a subscription, they no longer record. No other option available and he can't do nothing for me. It seems that Big Brother has changed the rules and conditions of my product. They actually updated (reprogrammed) my units without my authorisation to no longer save any clips in the hub. I paid over $1800 CDN for one product, and now, I need to spend more if I want it to work. What's next? Program them to die after a certain time too so I need to buy more? Unacceptable move, and service. At least on a wired unit that doesn't connect to the net, I control my units. Wireless = someone else does. Now it is confirmed. Buyer beware.....

Bought these 7 months ago and All of a Sudden It has. Red light and will not connect! I’ve called and troubleshoot for hours and than they say it’s not their problem and they can’t fix the issue! ABSOLUTELY JUNK don’t Cheap Out Do Your RESEARCH will be telling everyone how horrible blink is. Waste of money
