The coffee machine of dreams

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This coffee machine is amazing so easy to use, prompts when water needs filling or trays need emptying.
You can adjust the way your coffee is made and whether you prefer milk or coffee first.
We wasted money on another brand that was held at a high standard but the coffee was never nice from day one.
Kitchenaid has opened our our to barista coffee made at home
I would recommend this to a friend!

Coffee great but milk not so

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After buying the machine and using it twice my wife and I decided that the coffee espresso tasted beautiful but after selecting hot on the automatic milk component the milk was not hot enough. I guess we were looking for an extra hot setting like we ask for in a cafe

Thanks for the review. The optimal water temperature for brewing espresso ranges from 87–96°C, whereas the milk is frothed to 57°C so to not burn the different milk alternatives (e.g. oat, almond, soy and dairy).
If you like a hotter coffee, we recommend adjusting the water and milk levels along with warming your cup (just rest it on top of the machine) before brewing. You can adjust the temperature levels (Low-Medium-High) within this range, tuning the temperature approx. of +/- 2°C to 5°C. This can allow you to find and set the temperature exactly how you like it ☕

Here is a helpful video of getting started on your fully auto espresso machine - at about the 1 min mark it shows you how you can personalise your coffee:

Microwave finish
on May 18, 2026
Posted by: I want a hot latte
I was excited about everything this machine promised—beautiful design, automation, customization, and premium features. But for a machine at this price point, it’s hard to overlook the fact that milk drinks come out barely hot. The milk dispenser seems to cool the drink down, leaving lattes and cappuccinos lukewarm. A luxury espresso machine shouldn’t require a microwave finish. And Yes I have warmed my coffee cup etc etc
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thank you for sharing your experience, we’re sorry to hear the temperature of your milk drinks hasn’t met expectations.

When making a latte, the machine’s high‑temperature water setting is 96°C. The milk temperature is not adjustable and is designed to dispense frothed milk at 57°C, which is intentional to suit all milk types and prevent burning.

A factory‑set single latte uses 40 ml of coffee and 120 ml of milk. You can increase the overall drink temperature by adjusting the coffee‑to‑milk ratio in the latte settings, or by adding a little extra hot water after extraction. ☕🙌
