Great Coffee but machine fails

We bought the KF7 coffee machine as a Christmas present for ourselves. We loved it. All the great things that we read about the KF7 were true and it met our expectations... until an issue arose with the coffee output.
The first machine we had failed in February after less than 2 months use. It was replaced under warranty. Great!!
However, the second (new) machine failed with the same issue within two weeks. The similar sounding popping noise appeared, and the majority of the water was passing out the side of the machine as steam instead of passing through the coffee grinds. We remained optimistic and sent the second machine to Kitchenaid for repair. We had thought, maybe there is a faulty part that could be repaired, and the machine would have a long life of wonderful coffee production. Upon its return from the repairer the second machine worked will for about 7 weeks.
Yesterday the second machine failed for the second time - that is three fails in three months. Currently my beloved preset coffee selection of a 55 ml expresso now produces about 15 ml of coffee in the bottom of the cup. Agggg!! After the third fail it is time for us to find a new coffee machine. Great coffee is wonderful, but reliability is a big deal too.

Worst coffee machine ever.

Coffee comes out watery and I purchase expensive beans. It does not make coffee it makes hot water. I regret purchasing.

We owned a kitchenaid pod coffee machine for many years and decided to purchase an automatic coffee machine and were so excited when we found out that kitchenaid were releasing one. Great coffee and good looking machine!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered this online and the process was very easy. The machine arrived 2 days later. The whole family use it and it is so easy. I like that you can change the grind as this changes the flavour for different beans. The water reservoir is a good size. Cleaning is also very easy. Upgraded from a pod machine and very happy I have.

Great automated coffee machine!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great coffee machine, that does everything for you! Just pour the whole beans into the bean hopper, amd let the machine do the rest! And setting your own presets just makes it easier!

Wonderful Coffee Machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I cannot make one negative comment about this KF7 coffee machine. Have been using it for almost three months and it has never let me down. It's simple to set up. Love that I can pop in the decaf coffee and then quickly switch over to normal coffee so easily. Also given some very nice gifts such as coffee and glass cups
