[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new machine! It is easy to use and so quiet. The set up instructions did not work but I attended one of the demonstrations and asked and got some tips. Now the machine works flawlessly. I’m still getting the hang of frothing milk but it’s like having a cafe coffee at home. The look of the machine is what is typical of KitchenAid (retro but sleek). I got the machine in white and it looks great in my kitchen.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great value Semi Automatic coffee machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a cafe owner (and used to large La Marzocco commercial machine) we were looking for a quality machine with decent control over grind and pour functions. After much reviewing, we opted for the KitchenAid Semi Automatic Espresso Machine.
Takes up small footprint on the kitchen bench, great manual control of grind and pour functions, super fast to warm up, quiet operation, great sized water reservoir and quite a good steam wand (makes beautifully textured milk albeit less grunt than our commercial machine).
Would have been nice to have stainless steel warming rack! And the steam wand is a little hard to get too.
We've added a small knock box, tamper mat and grind guide ring to keep the area tidy
All around a fabulous piece of equipment that is currently exceeding our expectations.

A good balance between automation and user involvement… with no more capsules to buy and recycle. Plus we get bonus of coffee grounds to spread around in the garden.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the Semi-Automatic Espresso Coffee Machine about a month ago. I absolutely love it ! It’s quieter than my previous machine and so easy to keep clean. The massive 2.5 ltr water container only needs to be refilled every so often and the machine is aesthetically beautiful on my counter. It’s a high quality construction. Can’t recommend this machine enough.

Perfect and versatile coffee machine

This was my birthday present for my husband last month. I can say that I dont regret buying it because we have been using it everyday. My hubby loves his latte daily. The grinding is fantastic – consistent and fresh every time. The smart dose feature is a game-changer, making it super easy to get the right amount of coffee without any guesswork. It’s very easy to use, even for someone who’s first time to make a coffee in a semi automatic machine. Highly recommend it for anyone who wants great coffee without the hassle! Love the black matte design too.

Great Machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had this machine for about a month now and find it to be an excellent machine, very easy to use, great value and best of all, makes great coffee which is better than most coffees you can buy. Took a few goes to get the grind right but now can make a decent coffee very quickly and without any problems at all. I love how it is so very quiet compared to my previous machine. Very comparable to more expensive machines.
The only negative is the quite small drip tray. It would be better, in my opinion, to forgo the small storage compartment at the back of the drip tray and use this space to make the drip tray larger. A very minor issue overall. Otherwise I can find no other fault.
