[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i bought this a month ago but have spent nearly 3 weeks sorting out a problem with it not being able to personalise your coffee .....machine turns off before it does it ....3 emails and video and many phone calls later still waiting .....they are always going to get in touch but nothing happens .....very dissapointed as did a lot of homework before purchasing this directly from them and asked all the right questions but still waiting
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Simple to Use

Great coffee machine but water tank leaks

I purchased one of these coffee machines 2 days ago and I have already dialed in my grind. It quietly makes a delicious expresso and the steam wand is plenty powerful enough to create silky microfoam in the milk. Wonderful machine but with one critical fault: the water tank leaks. I returned the machine for a replacement within 24 hours and the replacement has the same issue. When the water tank is seated on the machine, there is an issue with the seal and it slowly leaks water. I have added a rubber o-ring to the water tank part that slides into the machine and no leaks so far thankfully. Fix this water leak issue and it's a 5 star machine all around

Cafe Quality at Home!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using the KitchenAid Semi Automatic Coffee Machine for a few weeks now and absolutely love it! Literally making cafe quality coffees at home.
It does take a bit of trial and error initially to get the grind/drip right but once you have got it right you’re set!
A tip is you can (re)program how long the coffee runs for by holding the start button until you’re happy with the shot (just make sure it’s in espresso range!)
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m absolutely loving my KitchenAid Stainless Steel Finish Semi-Automatic Espresso Machine. The first thing that stood out is how sleek and stylish it looks on the bench compared to other machines I’ve tried—definitely a standout piece in the kitchen without being too obtuse.
Functionality-wise, it’s both beginner-friendly and upgrade-friendly. The standard components are already excellent, but for those who like to tweak and upgrade, this machine has plenty of potential. The burr grinder is impressively quiet, which makes a big difference in the morning.
Like any new machine, there’s a little learning curve, but after making just a few coffees, it quickly becomes simple and intuitive to use. The instructions that came with it were super clear and helpful, so I was pulling great shots in no time.
Overall, this espresso machine strikes the perfect balance of style, quality, and ease of use. Highly recommended for anyone wanting a reliable, attractive, and versatile home coffee setup.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My review may be biased by the fact that our last coffee machine broke pre 2020, so this has been a long time coming, but I am absolutely loving this machine. As a mother of five small children I particularly appreciate that it’s the quietest coffee machine I’ve seen in operation, meaning that I can get up earlier than them, and not wake them as I make my coffee. We also appreciate being able to easily switch to decaf in the afternoons, with the extra bean hopper we’ve added to our set.
