Great Technology, Poor Quality

I had to return my first pair because the left earbud stopped working. After reading online, there is an unreal amount of issues with connectivity. Also, the software on Android is slow and glitchy. If you are lucky enough to get a good pair, the sound and noise cancellation are unmatched.

Picks up all the wind noise

Had for a little over a week and they work great indoors but as soon as I step outside it picks up every breeze and makes for a terrible experience

I like the fit we’re not complete all the people I called. Most frequent complaint is static on Marian. What is your my voice clue.

Fragile

I bought these earbuds and on the first attempt to change the size of the silicone holder the end of the bud fell apart ruining the electronics inside. This was my second pair to purchase, the first pair did not do this. Very disappointed since the sound quality was so good with the first pair.

Nice earbuds, However…

I replaced my version 1 Bose earbuds with the QCII, and they are an improvement in every way. I also have Bose headphones, and Bose home theater, so I am a fan.
However, I also have Apple AirPod Pro II, and the Apple buds are better at silencing airplane noise, and better at phone calls, and better in “transparency mode”. Bose earbuds definitely have the advantage when listening to music.

‘Good’ sound. ‘Not good’ reception.

I’ve had the QC II earbuds for a wile now and they basically have good sound (once I turned the bass way down). They have too much bass. Almost skull rattling. Then there is a much bigger issue of recepion. It’s acceptable so far outside of the house, but for some reason they are not consistent in my home. Sorry to say, my old Apple earbuds never had any issue at all. So, I’m a little disappointed.

Bose QC ll Earbuds

I just bought your Bose QC ll Earbuds. Excellent sound, fit and control options. Very disappointed that there is no “Find My Earbuds” feature. Lost my individual earbuds, in the past and always found them. Just a matter of time before it happens with these, with no way to track them.
