Not what I expected

First and foremost, these earbuds are the most comfortable I've ever used. I can't stand using buds that irritate my ears or are constantly uncomfortable. Second, the sound quality and clearness is the reason why Bose is the best around. The noise cancellation feature is definitely the best around where you literally cannot hear anything but whatever you're listening to. The Bose app was a breeze to install and easy to follow instructions in order to connect with my device. The area's that I was not impressed were in connectivity on phone calls and charging. So when I would use these to make calls, there was also an echo and/or static; something I've never experienced with any type of buds. The other problem was when I would place the buds into the case, they wouldn't charge unless the case was plugged in. Again, this is something I've never experienced with buds that have a rechargeable case.

When you place your earbuds into the charging case, these should begin to charge via the charging cases battery, if the battery life has depleted from your case, then you will need to plug to power to charge both items. Believe the hype

I was looking for a great set of earbuds to pair with my android phone. I found them, these are worth every penny. Easy to pair out of the box, a nice selection of ear cushions, they fit great, and the noise canceling is excellent. These are making me reconsider my choice of noise-canceling headphones, I definitely need to give bose another look after buying these. I've worn them for hours at a time, the battery lasted through a 4+ hour conversation before telling me that they were running low. My ears were never fatigued, and the sound was always clean. I'd definitely buy these again.

Poor connection/sync-regularly drops from phone

I wish I could spend time talking about the quality of the sound or how effective the noise cancellation is, but I am too preoccupied with how the Bluetooth connection is periodically dropped, or in some cases, won’t connect at all. It happens frequently enough to be an extreme inconvenience and not worth the price point. When it happens the 6 trouble shooting tips only serve to aggravate you further (the final step being to visit the website for support). It never happens when you can comfortably address it. You’ll be in the middle of a workout or on the side of a busy road when you’re fumbling to place the earbuds back into the case, close the case, count to five, put them back in your ears, place them back in the case, restart the entire sync process over, try again, try again, only to hear the inevitable “clunk” sound which lets you know the earbuds have decided to not work today.
THIS IS MY SECOND PAIR. I’VE ALREADY EXCHANGED THEM ONCE FOR A REPLACEMENT THROUGH BOSE. The second pair works about as well as the first pair, so I know that this problem is with the product line and not the particular pair I had. I wouldn’t bother with this set of earbuds. It’s been disappointing because when they work (which is 90% of the time) they’re perfectly fine, but when they don’t it’s very distressing and irritating. I’ve never owned a single product that uses Bluetooth that behaves this way. Wait a year or two, or try a different set of headphones.

I love the noise suppression quality. I have worked on and tested Jet Engines for 20 years and have always protected my ears. These earbuds allow you to have a conversation while blocking out the noise.

So many bugs

These earbuds have great noise cancellation, but there are so many bugs that are still present, it makes it not worth it. It will randomly lose connection to my phone, for no reason. It will also sometime connect to my phone, but just not play any sound or anything. It sometimes automatically connects, but not all the times. Even the sound is buggy sometimes. It occasionally plays louder out of one earbud vs the other. I bought these the day they came out, and these bugs were acceptable for a new product. I am disappointed Bose has not addressed these bugs.

Fantastic sound quality

I bought these a few months ago and they are the best earbuds I've ever owned. The sound quality is amazing and the noise cancelling is second to none. Exactly what you'd expect from Bose. Could not be happier with this purchase!

right earbud stopped producing sound after 3 weeks

I received these earbuds a few weeks ago and already the right earbud is not producing sound. I have tried rebooting and other recommendations to restore the sound in the right earbud, but to with not success.

Pretty good for sure

I wear hearing aids and could never find a way to get a true sound for music. Tinnitus too. These are awesome. I can wear them almost all day and enjoy music as well as overriding the tinnitus. Sounds blocking is great at sporting events when the person right behind you is yelling as loud as humanly possible 🤣. I have a slight fit issue in one ear that I’m working through. My wife absolutely loves hers. We both use them during our vigorous cardio workouts as well.
