I like my Quiet Comforts better

the QC2 I an having a bit of trouble getting used the fit ....last while I was on the phone with them they shut off bluetooth battery level was at 90% and at time on my desktop listening the fade in and out ...Also unlike the ones before harder to get out of the case and the charger should be the same also miiss that

The sound quality with the quiet comfort is excellent the noise canceling modes are a great addition for adjusting what you don't want to listen and in regards to what you might need to hear.

Best noise cancellation system

I had tried several of the top of the line earbuds including kiplish, pixel pro, apples earbuds, stratus, and raycon but they were all disappointing. The Bose Quietcomfort ll are by far the best. The sound is also outstanding. I can now have my workouts without any noise distraction. Well done!!!

Expecting more

These are great headphones when working. Quite a bit of time is spent pulling the headphones out of my ear and back in to finally get the headphones to connect with the phone.
Touch controls are confusing and oftentimes don’t work as desired when on calls. Have issues with only one east earbud connecting during a call or in some instances neither connecting and I have to either wait, reset my phone and app while waiting.
I expected far more from a company with a reputation for quality products. While still in the trial I may be forced to return for the airpodpro 2 as phone connectivity is very important to me. Also, my voice sounds far away from the phone when placing calls which is annoying to have to repeat myself. I purchased this to replace broken airpod pros and was hoping this would be a slam dunk choice. Unfortunately I may have to return to Apple. Paired with an iPhone Pro Max 13

Great earbuds

I bought these about 2 weeks ago and so far everything is great! The noise canceling is fantastic and music clarity is also. Delivery was very quick and buying process was very smooth and easy. This is a great addition to many other Bose products I own. I would highly recommend these earbuds. Very easy to set up and use.
