Amazingly impressive!

I had the previous version and loved them except for a couple of issues with fitting and charging. The new ones are greatly improved with no issues or complaints from me!

GREAT noise cancelling

I took the plunge and decided to try out the Bose earbuds because I saw that if I didn't like them, I could return them. The noise cancelling feature was a big selling point, and it does not disappoint! I'm amazed at how well it cancels out extraneous noise.
The sound quality is excellent, and using the Bose app you can adjust the levels (a kind of graphic equalizer feature) to your personal taste. They also come with various ear pieces so you can find exactly the right fit for your ear, which assists not only in having them fit securely, but also assists with the noise cancellation.
The only odd thing is that I had to manually pair them with my laptop, which wasn't difficult, it was just odd that this one feature wasn't automatic, as it was with my phone.
I've had them a couple of weeks now and am delighted.

the worst interface and too many bugs

you cant disable touch on ear bud so it always pause your music or end a call. you cannot customize and assign the touch . the bud does not allow ear bud swap during a call. you can hear the voice and the mic is not picking up your own sound. you cannot disable the bud sound or its notification .now it is not charging anymore

Great sound but Bose always fall short.

Really the sound is great, but somehow it feels like a downgrade since this version Does NOT have wireless charging when the previous older model has wireless charging.

Would not charge beyond 50 percent

The sound and noise cancellation were great. Five days in, the earbuds would not full charge. I followed recommendations on the website and it was still a no go. I decided to return these when I realized I couldn’t read the microscopic serial number on the label required for tech-support. Nothing that cost this much should fail to function so quickly. Also, the design awkward. The way the earbuds go in at an angle. It’s very easy to drop one. This could’ve been resolved with a straight up and down, positioning points.
