Excellent sound, bad features

Very good product for sound and noise canceling, unfortunately it doesn’t have any way to track the buds and doesn’t have MagSafe features

Good ANC but it has issue

After using this at the Chicago CTA and Bus, every time the train go into a tunnel, the quiet mode keeps popping. Calibrator needs to tune a more rapid transient response to the ANC my sony anc does not have this issue. the white case also scratch marks appear easily!

Amazing sound!!

After long time I have bought a bose product. The previous iteration of wireless ear buds from bose were too big (hanging out of ear) for my taste. Overall I am not disappointed, I m not a audio geek who would analyze and measure the ear buds performance. I like music and listen to it quite often, diverse genres (except may be western classical). The sound quality is very good, you can hear the details which you didnt think was there. I use apple air pods pro 2 as my daily driver, but bose sound beats it hands down.
Issues I found (and cannot reproduce on demand) is that occasionally the sound will break (very few times) but dont know why, my phone was on me all the time. May be some bug which will get fixed with future firmware updates.
Second issue, the right ear buds always falls down, when I am jogging or doing jump rope.
Third issue, on android even though the ear buds are paired the bose music app cannot find the ear buds, which is weird.

Thank you for your review. I am glad to hear you enjoy the audio quality. You mentioned the earbuds falling down and sound breaking occasionally. As the earbuds have active noise cancelation, I would recommend trying the other provided earbands and eartips for a better fit. Using the wrong eartips can result in the noise cancellation not working as it should and your earbuds falling out your ears.

If the app is unable to find the earbuds on a separate device, make sure they are disconnected from the phone they are working on first.

I always knew Bose was the company to go to for high quality great sounding audio equipment. But I never knew how much better it would be with noise canceling!

Great sounding ear buds

These earbuds are incredible. Noise canceling is excellent. The earbuds stay in place and do. It fall out of your ears.

Works reasonably well... missing 2 key features

Does everything as advertised. The lack of the following two feature came to matter so much that these are now my "backup" earbuds: (1) "aware" mode doesn't allow modifying the volume setting for sounds from outside; (2) case requires wired plugin to charge (no wireless charging).

Great Earbuds

I purchased these for my husband. He is on his second pair of Bose Noise Cancelling Earphones. He was wanting these for when he is laying in bed listening to music, etc. so that it would be more comfortable than the earphones. He is very happy with the fit and says they are as good as the earphones.
