Sound level and Bluetooth connection

Sound level is not great. Bluetooth connection to iPhone is not optimal. Keeps disconnecting. Difficult to take calls, even when connected to iphone via Bluetooth

Sounds good, comfort needs work

I bout them a week and a half ago, I like them. The comfort could be better, when I use a smaller size they don’t stay in well. But when I use a larger size they try to pop out still.

I have the first series and I stopped using them in airplanes because they would pop out unexpectedly and land in places where they were difficult to find. I came close to losing one several times. Series II solves this.

Very happy with my purchase, however it would be nice if you could choose which ear you want to use if you just use one bud. Hardly nobody wears one bud in the Right ear....
