Bose QC2's are not an improvement

I've been a huge Bose fan as far as I can remember, and for the first time, I am disappointed in bose product. Ive had these for a few weeks, and I am unhappy the second generation of a product should be an improvement over the last, but I am not seeing this. The only improvement over the original QC is the size of the earphones; other than that, everything is lacking. The white noise is incredibly annoying when not using noise canceling. I want to hear the outside world; let me listen to it clearly without artificial noise; what's the point? The Bluetooth connection is terrible and will disconnect from my phone for no reason. The sound and noise canceling are not improved either from the QC1s; this is incredibly annoying. (Compared to other companies, all Bose products are superior but compared to the QC1s, it has not improved.) The start-up sound is incredibly ear-piercing, and the headphones connect separately at different times. The original QC connection process was perfect; both earphones would hook up simultaneously.

The reason to buy these over the QC1 is the size and fitment; these are great for working out and moving something dynamic other than that, the QC1s are superior. Let's hope Bose fixes these issues with software updates. Reviewed 12/9/22

good for small ears.

I am really happy to have found earbuds that I can wear. These come with three set of buds and are easy to change out. I use the smaller ones and they are quite comfortable, I wear them outside when walking and they really block out noises. I am very happy with this purchase.

Flawed Earpiece Design

The older model had an earpiece that fit the ear without falling out. This model doesn’t. That was the whole reason I bought them. Had to give it to my wife. Sound and cancellation was great though.

Horrible experience

Had trouble form beginning, backgrond noise, quit working, On vacation quit completely, contacted bose wanted my serial number, there was not one on the ear bud as they described, unpaired to try an pair again and my blue tooth would not recognize. They claim they don't know when I purchased the product and cant look up. Very disappointing.
