Great ANR Earbuds but not what I needed.

Previously owned Bose HearPhones and loved them. As they aged, needed to replace them and Bose personnel advised the QuietComfort Plus is what they recommended. While great at pure ANR cancellation, they do NOT have ability to control background noise while remaining focus on forward conversations and NOT anywhere close to the functionality of the HearPhones. Now looking for other manufacture options to replace.

Decent sound with unfortunate case and charging

I recently upgraded from QC to QCii ear buds and and was excited the same quality sound I am used to from Bose. While there are some intermittent connection issues, for the most part they work pretty well, unfortunately the case design makes putting them in and out somewhat difficult. Most importantly, the case design has somehow removed the wireless charging capability found in earlier models.
I was initially worried about the lack of ability to listen to the left earbud independently but have been reassured that that ability will be coming in a future firmware update…
Overall I am not sure this is the step up I was anticipating and may be returning them

Thank you for your post and feedback. As great as your QuietComfort® Earbuds II sound together, we know there are times when you want to use just one of your earbuds. You can now use either the left or right earbud for listening and calls with Independent Single-Bud Use. This new feature lets you seamlessly switch between your earbuds, and if one earbud runs out of battery life or disconnects from Bluetooth®, you can continue listening with the other earbud without interruption. To access Independent Single-Bud Use, make sure the software on your QuietComfort® Earbuds II is up to date.

I love the Bose quiet comfort earbuds 2

I brought
Two week ago? I’m good with it but I have problems with the ring bands in the ears They don’t hold in an ears as well as the first Bose quiet comfort earbuds. and I did try the alternate large bands, extra large. every time I move my head up or down or sideways it falls out.

Much more compact, less noticeable, high quality earbuds ever since I got my QC twos. I’ve always waited for these to come out! The only reason I’m not giving it five stars is because it does not have wireless charging.

great features, great noise cancelling

I purchased these because I lost my charging case for my Bose earbuds (first version) and was unable to purchase another charging case. The first version was very good but the earbuds II fit better and the settings are easy to control on my iphone, although they are more difficult to remove from the case.

Bought this and my packaged was never delivered Bose resent another one and it’s perfect! Just a little touch sensitive but overall perfect! Exactly what I’ve been needing

Sound quality is amazing. Noise canceling is amazing. Wish it had features to adjust what the taps do. Such as increase volume, Siri, or others. As well as wireless charging capability
