Really enjoy listening to music and audio books. These things make the difference:
- Actively tunes to ear canal every time used
- EQ adjusts frequency response to individual taste
- Excellent sound reproduction system
- Adjustable fit using tips and stability bands
- Quality, customizable noise cancellation
The only rough edge is that sometimes connectivity is lost & I have to re-establish connection.
Otherwise, I am more than pleased. In fact, I would say the listening experience is addictive. You don’t want to stop.

Quiet comfort II earbuds were great until…..

At first these earbuds were working just fine until my right earbud started malfunctioning and now it’s not as loud as my left earbud and this began less than a week in use. Now I really don’t know what to do with these earbuds anymore.

Cannot be used independently and no wireless charg

NC is great, sound quality and mic is great as well. But with this price, I am hoping that I can use the earbuds independently and is capable of wireless charging but it is not. I end up purchasing another earphone just to last for 1 whole day.

As great as your QuietComfort® Earbuds II sound together, we know there are times when you want to use just one of your earbuds. You can now use either the left or right earbud for listening and calls with Independent Single-Bud Use. This new feature lets you seamlessly switch between your earbuds, and if one earbud runs out of battery life or disconnects from Bluetooth®, you can continue listening with the other earbud without interruption. To access Independent Single-Bud Use, make sure the software on your QuietComfort® Earbuds II is up to date.

Love the sound

I wish the left could be used independently of the right. I like to use one at a time for calls. When the right one goes dead I have to wait until they’re charged to keep going.

Best ANC earbuds!! Spectacular comeback by Bose

These are the best ANC & Sound quality earbuds. Before this I was using AirPods Pro & AirPods Max. I have a train commute every day and these have become my go to ear buds, which are cutting 80% of the noise. With music on, you are in a zone - with out any external sound seepage.
Positives:
- ANC is the best. AirPods Pro does not come any where close to this. (I commute on train every day, these are a game changer - comparable to over the ear AirPods Max).
- Sound quality on music is extremely good.
Negatives:
- ANC experience is not consistent. Some times, when you put them on, ANC comes out as not effective. Inserting again into case, and putting them back on seems to work most of the times.
- Call quality is not great with ANC turned on. I had couple of complaints of receiver hearing background mumbling.
- Fit is not that comfortable for me personally.
- Switching across devices does not work some times, despite switching through Bose Music App.

Looks good but broke within 2 weeks

I had very high expectations since this version 2. Unfortunately this is not designed for Android devices. Probably works better with iOS but the left bud stopped working after 2 weeks. Taking the buds out of the case is cumbersome
