bought these to replace my sports ear buds, they got old and only the right side worked after awhile, the qc sound a little better, i have mostly Bose products for the home, great products….

Bose quiet comfort ll

Have had these for a month or so, noise cancelling is great, sound exceptional, comfortable to wear. Down sides touch controls do not always perform well, connection to a device when answering a call is intermittent as well as connection for music play.

We designed these to be as comfortable as possible with different-sized stability bands and ear tips, so I'm glad you are finding these comfortable to wear. Oh, so quiet!

If I was happy with my prior BOSE earbuds because of their excellent noise cancellation, I am in ecstasy with the II. Noise cancellation is superb and sounds are crispier if I could use the word to describe voices on films/videos and music. In addition, the case is sleeker, svelter and…why not…chic?

Good, but not Great

There's no wireless charging, and single earbud use should have been functional out of the box. Charging case is a bit cheap feeling for the price point. Excellent sound quality, with seemingly intentional drawbacks. You can't push boundaries if you're (intentionally) pulling punches to waste the money of those that invest in your products. Do better.

As great as your QuietComfort® Earbuds II sound together, we know there are times when you want to use just one of your earbuds. You can now use either the left or right earbud for listening and calls with Independent Single-Bud Use. This new feature lets you seamlessly switch between your earbuds, and if one earbud runs out of battery life or disconnects from Bluetooth®, you can continue listening with the other earbud without interruption.
To access Independent Single-Bud Use, make sure the software on your QuietComfort® Earbuds II is up to date.

Great design, but poor phone call quality.

I had high expectations for a product that's the most expensive in the market. ANC is great, design looks good, but the phone call quality is poor. Everyone I talked to on the phone (except for the Bose rep) said the call was picking up a lot of background noise. This was the main reason I purchased this product and expected better.

I believe earbuds are a very personal choice - fit, comfort, sound quality, and cost all factor in. For me, these are great. They fit great, feel secure, decrease ambient noise by a lot (to me), and the sound is good. The price was fair. Overall, I really like them.

Awesome Earbuds

These Earbuds are really nice, I bought these for a Christmas gift for a family member. I can't wait for Christmas to come so that way he can open them up and be surprise on what I got him. Plus I can't wait for Christmas to come as well so I can buy these exact earbuds for myself.

I had a pair of refurbished QC earbuds that unexplainably stopped working. I took a chance and ordered the QC II’s. Great quality sound and fit. Hopefully, these continue to work because I was not offered a credit for the previous pair or a discount on the new purchase. We’ll see…
