Good earphones, slight issues

These earphones are great. The audio quality and noise cancelation is perfect for when I go to the gym. In that same vein, I have some issues keeping this in my ears while at the gym. The touch controls are also a bit more sensitive than I would like. This is why I’m giving it 4/5 stars. But it is otherwise a truly quality product.

Very Good Airbuds

I am happy with these earbuds. They could use some more improvement, such as a more solid usb c plug hole in the charging case. Mine feels sort of fragile, and I had to return the first buds I purchased because it had some sort of false contact. But I recommend them overall.

Great Sound!

The sound quality of these earbuds is as you would expect from Bose, phenomenal! The setup was quick and easy. My only complaint was after charging them completely and letting them sit in their case for a few days without use, the battery level was down to 10%.

Disappointing

I really wanted these to be great like all my other Bose products. I previously had AirPods Pro and they wouldn’t stay in my ears. So I thought these would work better having the stability bands. I even got the size 4 ones and still I could not get QC2s to stay in securely. I had to return these and purchased the QC45 instead.

Comfortable fit, great sound

I finally dove into the world of wireless earbuds with the Bose QuietComfort Earbuds II. I love how comfortably they fit my ears; the earbuds come with a variety of earpiece sizes to ensure the perfect fit. I can move my head around and they don't budge! I haven't used them on a phone call as of yet, but I've used them to listen to music and the sound is great.
