I've had QC II earbuds for 2 weeks. Impressive. It took me a while to figure out how to get my own fit. They are comfortable and allow me to immerse myself with all the musical styles I listen

I’ve had two replacements since my initial purchase. Product quality is poor.

Far better than the QC 1, but issues persist

I am happy about the sound, which is markedly better, but Bose needs to invest in better software engineers. Pairing is particularly difficult, and the equalizer still doesn't work properly. Good hardware, but limited in functionality by very poor software functionality.

I used several Earbuds before. Bose Quiet Comfort 2 is like entering a new World. I appreciate the simple but funktional App and the sound/noise cancelling quality. I should have spend my Money for this one from the beginning. Highly recommended product from my perspective.
