Excellent noise cancellation with a great fit

Bought the QC2 earbuds to replace my AirPods Pro. Much better noise cancellation, which is very important since I fly frequently. Music quality is also improved — especially useful to adjust low/mid/high EQ (via the Bose Music app). Lastly, the earbuds fit so much better than the AirPods. No fear of falling out when running anymore. Suggestion: need seamless transition between paired devices rather than having to manually switch between laptop, phone, tablet, etc. Hopefully this can be fixed with a firmware update.

I purchased 2 weeks ago and wow, I'm blown away! My music sounds superb and the noise canceling is phenomenal! As much as I loved my original Bose QC earbuds, the QCII are truly on another level.

Awesome Noise Cancelling!!

I drive a 26 foot straight truck that is extremely loud inside the cab. These earbuds are by far the best at noise cancelling that I have had and believe me I have tried many. I can barely hear the engine running and I do not have to have the volume up as high as I would with other brands. The noise cancelling is without a doubt the best. Definitely as good as over the ear headphones maybe even better. With that said, I have had a couple issues. If I have the window open while driving I will get a lot of wind noise, which is annoying, causing me to turn up the volume. Also, driving over bumps tends to change the noise cancelling somehow causing a slight loss of noise cancelling. Before Bose did a software update I would lose connection and had to re-pair them with my phone twice, I have not had this problem since the update. Overall I give them a 5 star rating because they are the best earbuds I have ever purchased for both noise cancelling and sound quality. I believe the issues I listed above are unique to my usage of them. When I'm using them away from work I do not experience these issues at all. Great product Bose!!

Sounds great. Terrible on PC calls

I can hear great. Music is fantastic on NC. Battery life is absolutely terrible. Maybe 3 hours before a charge is required. Having the reserve in the box is not a cool feature… required. Not an all day device. On PC calls (zoom webex and gmeet are what we use at work) my voice quality is terrible. Again can hear but heard from multiple people on multiple platforms that i sound horrible. The mic sucks. Itd be 1 star if music and audio books werent so good. Better NC than my over ear Bose QC. That mic started to have issues after a year… why i bought these. If you want a good work bud, the jabra with the dongle. Have those too. No noise canceling but very crisp talk and speaker. Have a jabra for my voip too that sounds as good today as it did 6 years ago when i got it. Can be 150’ from it before it loses it. Just know your purpose. These arent multi purpose.

Owning QC35 and QC70's which I love - I thought I'd try these as an alternative to apple AirPods. Nice fit - but the aesthetic of the case wasn't of the high quality I expected.
The frustrating this is quality of sound for people on the other end of the phone is so poor I've had to buy another pair of apple AirPods... Anyone else had similar experience?

Hello, the QC earbuds have built-in microphones that filter out ambient noise to focus your voice and deliver conversations clearly. You can find guidance to resolve your concerns about microphone performance here https://bose.life/3DDiaAk

Just got my new Earbuds a week ago. To make a long story short ,I’m glad I ordered them. My new Bose QC Earbuds II are everything that Bose say they are and beyond. I have the original QuietComfort Earbuds, along with two Apple AirPods. The Bose QC Earbuds II are flat out better than the original QC Earbuds ,Apple AirPods Pro’s and the 2nd and 3rd
Generation’s Apple AirPods.

Love the sound but super glitchy and buggy

After upgrading from the first generation quiet comfort earphones I immediately loved the slimmer lightweight design of these. Also the sound dampening was a lot quicker and responsive. But after a owning these earphones a while I've come across a lot of glitchiness. Recently my earphones weren't connecting to Bluetooth at all or sometimes only one of the 2 would connect and i have to put them in the case, close it and reopen it to attempt again. The voice prompts come in as if it were cutting off sounding choppy. Sometimes the noise canceling will be immediate and sometimes it will be sudden for example a continuous loud noise would occur and then like 1 minute late it will suddenly attempt to silence it so that was very inconsistent. Sometimes a continous tap noise will come from an earphone randomly and ill take off my earphone and readjust it to see if it was that and it will go away. I've gotten used to them and like them but I've had more issues with these compared to the first generation which sucks because these are more appealing.

I am and will continue to advocate for Bose products, as I own several. However, I purchased the Bose Quiet Comfort Earbuds II, and I was unhappy with them and had to return them as they would not connect to any device. Extremely disappointed. First time questioning the quality of any Bose product.
