Bose continues to have Best in Class Noise canceli

My original Bose Noise Canceling earbuds got stolen while on vacation in San Francisco. I had to replace them, and immediately order the new Bose Noise canceling earbuds 2 and they are even better than the originals.

Great Earbuds

I recently purchased these and used the "Afterpay" option to split up the payments as I was having a hard time justifying spending so much on earbuds in one lump sum, and let me say, these blew my expectations out of the water. These are far and away the best earbuds I've ever owned, including previous Bose models. The noise canceling is great and the sound quality is amazing.

Bose quiet comfort II

Personally I’m having an issue with the fact that the volume control is set at a level that is no different than the quiet comfort earbuds that I currently have as well and I’m seriously tempted to return the product.

Not a great upgrade

I was excited to see an update from the original QC Earbuds. I use the originals a lot and find them to be the best I've owned. So, I pre-ordered these QC II's. However, I've barely been able to use these QC Earbuds II. Every time I remove them from the case, they show about 10% battery. I will put them back into the case and plug the charger into the case. Repeat. Same result. I don't find the sound quality to be as good. The initial startup sound is garbled and not smooth sounding. And, I don't find these earbuds to be as comfortable as the original. Though, that's a matter of personal fit. Overall, I'm disappointed and will probably revert to my original QC Earbuds.

I'm sorry to learn that your expectations were not matched with these earbuds. It's certainly not right that your earbuds will not charge above 10% and that you're experiencing garbled audio. We'd love to get these problems sorted out for you.
Performing a reset will clear any minor processing errors from the earbuds. This should resolve matters with both the charging and audio. You can do this by following the steps here - https://bose.life/3d9did6.

Hopeful, to no avail

Have owned many over the earlier Bose headphones, excellent quality. Wanted these to work, appear very well made, case is great, no issues connecting. Problem is with ANC, had to listen at full volume, regardless of device (Samsung phone, iPad, etc). If not a lot of ambient noise, no issue, but on an airplane, which was my biggest want, brutal to hear anything. Sent back, will hopefully find in-ears that work with another manufacturer.
