They’re a solid product

Overall for everyday use they’re a solid product and I like them. It’s an adjustment from daily use of the Bose Sports Buds. I would recommend Bose wear these ear buds on a New Jersey Transit bus a few times. None of the modes made listening through these buds an enjoyable experience while commuting, not even Commuter mode. Other everyday activities have been fine.

Small size…packs powerful sound!!!

I received these Bose QC II Earbuds as a replacement for my previous Bose QC and I’m extremely happy!!!
These are much more comfortable in my ears and are better in sound quality (although the others were great)

Great earbuds

I have the original Quite comfort earbuds which I have always been very pleased with. The QC2 are much improved. Love the smaller size and design. I was a little doubtful regarding how well they would stay in the ear but I am very pleased that they are very secure. I have used them for work, the gym and running and have had no issues at all. Great product can’t be happier with them.

It sounds in the calls very low, I use to have qc1 and no issue's, the new qc2 you can't hear because its not loud specially when calls

Worst fit ever. 😞

Always have bragged Bose still the best noise reduction anywhere but just don’t fit ear with any of the ear pieces sad Already lost them on mower several times and damaged. What a wast of money went back to my old ones

Disappointing purchase

I am so disappointed with this purchase that I have already returned it for a full refund. When it arrived, the charging case slipped from my hand and broke. There were no instructions on how to use. When I figured that out, one of the earbuds simply stopped charging.

All instructions for our products can be found on the Bose Support page and the corresponding product page. In this case: https://bose.life/3zt5NW4. We do not issue paperback instructions anymore as 1. It's more environmentally friendly, and 2. We occasionally introduce new features to the product. This results in an outdated paper manual with irrelevant/incomplete instructions.
