Love these earbuds, easy to use, work great and sound great. Only drawback is the case. I wish it had a flat surface, showed charge level and be easier to pull out the buds all like the original QC

Bose QuietComfort Earbuds II = Surprising about sound!
At first I thought that the earplugs themselves were far too big, but they looked perfect. The earplugs come with three different soft silicone earplugs and three different stability bands. These can be tested to achieve the best fit and a pleasant sound experience. Until now I didn't have headphones with a Noise Canceling system, so it's a very useful function. With that sound quality and the ability to control ambient sounds. It is possible to choose the level of noise reduction, either with complete noise reduction via Quiet Mode or the more transparent mode Aware Mode. From NoiseCancelling on to paying attention to sounds around you - I use earplugs and listen to my favorite radio program everywhere.
From meeting or driving to even on a trip. Very good and stable sound.
In addition, incredibly good battery time.
It's the best audio experience ever!

Major improvement

I bought this recently to replace an old set of noise-canceling earbuds that were about 10 years old and stopped working. The new ones are dramatically superior with excellent noise canceling and sound quality. The charging case is very easy to use. I had worried about the earbuds falling out since there is no tether like the older models. So far, that has not been a problem.
The touch controls are a bit over sensitive. I'll sometimes stop streaming when adjusting the earbud position, or do other mistakes when trying to adjust volume. I hope this will get easier with a bit more practice.
All in all, I remain very satisfied with the purchase.

One of the Best Earbuds I have ever owned

I have tried many brands of earbuds from Apple to Jabra and JBL, Plantronics and compared to these BOSE QUITECOMFORT EARBUDS II NONE OF THE OTHER BRANDS STACK UP TO THESE BOSE QUITECOMFORT EARBUDS II . They fit securely and block out background noise so you can hear the Music Very Clearly. You can customize your listening to your surroundings through the Bose App. They are vey light and I have been wearing them for up to 6 hours straight without them hurting my ears. I have to give it to BOSE for making something this small and comfortable to produce exceptional quality Audio Sound.

Stopped working after third use

I enjoyed it a lot going at work for first two times, the third time the ride had to sounded quieter than the left one, the volume was not adjusting, and then it was completely turned off, both were charged before use.

Best ear phones I’ve ever owned

I have QC noise-cancelling headphones, which I love but prefer ear phones and these are GREAT. I think i like the earbuds even better. The QC Earbuds II are also the best bluetooth earphones I’ve ever owned. I’ve had other big bad brand ones and these are my favorite. Amazing noise cancellation, amazing user interface, amazing controls, super comfortable, and they look very stylish. I give it a 20/10!!!

These are extremely comfortable. The sound is amazing. The quiet and comfort is truly like nothing I have ever had before. I like the off white color too. I loved my husbands so much that I bought me a pair.
