Not bad but no perfect

Starting from the point that for the cost and the brand I expect a perfect product, I am not 100% satisfied with the product. Starting with the things that I have had problems and / or do not work: The most important thing is the comfort, after an hour it already starts to hurt, and I am using the smaller insert, causing problems during the run by making it fall out of the ear. Case does not charge wirelessly. It has no multipoint bluethoot. The app keeps crashing and I can't manage the settings anymore. Aside from that, I really love buds. The noise cancellation is amazing, with the aware mode I can clearly hear the people around me and if a high pitched sound occurs, it automatically starts the noise cancellation. Yesterday I was listening to music and I turned on the vacuum cleaner, the buds automatically silenced the noise. The sound sector has nothing to tell, it is Bose and it lives up to expectations, perfect; deep bass and clear mids / highs. Except for comfort, I believe it is well designed for all day and all occasions use. Great design that sets them apart from the competition.

After getting the alternative size and it fitting perfectly, Ive been struggling to not keep them in as much as I can. They're comfortable and the sound is amazing.

Amazing!!! The Bose QuietComfort Earbuds II are simply excellent.
Starting with the comfort level, these are Bose QuietComfort Earbuds II, so you know they are comfortable in your ear. In addition, they come with ear tips and ear wings in small, medium, and large, which will assist in getting the most secure fit in your ear.
The noise canceling system in the Bose QC Earbuds II is simply unique. Compared to pro models out there, the QC Earbuds II is far superior. The transparency mode or the passthrough is also outstanding. The connecting app for iPhone or Android devices provides additional access to the level of passthrough to ensure you enjoy your music or other things at an ideal comfort level.
The charging and battery life are great. They provide about six hours of playtime on a single charge, and the carrying case can recharge up to four times for a max playtime of up to 24 hours. However, that is less than other premier-level in-ear headphones, and the lack of wireless charging may make some look for other in-ear headphones.
The touch controls are very friendly and have some great features, including increased volume and seeking through your song. You can also access your intelligent assistance with the QC Earbuds II easily.
On the flip side, there are minor issues that Bose needs to fix immediately. Connection with devices sometimes drops off. The lack of finding my Earbuds II is also missing compared to the other devices. Finally, the price, at nearly $300, maybe too high considering all the alternative options. However, I recommend this product to anyone with money to spend.
Conclusion: The QuietComfort Earbuds II are fabulous pair of in-ear headphones for everyone. They checked almost all of my boxes when testing a new device. I love the comfort level, fantastic sound, and best-in-class ANC system. So, I do provide my recommendation on purchasing the Bose QuietComfort Earbuds II, and you will not be disappointed.

To ensure all-day comfort and a secure fit, the earbuds come with the Bose Fit Kit that includes 3 different soft, silicone ear tips and 3 different stability bands to mix and match to find your best fit. The ear tips rest gently but securely in your ears and spread contact evenly, creating a comfortable seal that is important to delivering the best audio performance and the most powerful noise cancellation. You can check the fit of your eartips in the Bose Music app. The stability bands hug the contours of the outer parts of your ear, ensuring that the earbuds stay in place.
We're sorry that you're having some slight connectivity concerns. The easiest way to pair with a mobile device is by downloading the Bose Music app. When the Bose QuietComfort Earbuds II charging case is opened for the first time, the buds will automatically enter discoverable mode and the case light will pulse blue, and the Bose Music app will detect the earbuds and offer the option to pair. app does not list paired devices

The app does not list paired devices so you cannot connect using the app. Need to go to the paired device to connect. Inconvenient when the device does not have an app such as the Airily Duo. Older Quiet Comfortable Earbuds had this feature

Hi Mike, We will be happy to assist you with your QuietComfort Earbuds II, you're able to view your list and switch paired devices within the Bose Music app via Settings > Bluetooth Connections. You can also initiate pairing from a previously-paired device without the use of the app by selecting the earbuds from your Bluetooth settings list.

Where are the StayHear Tips?

Everything was an upgrade here, except the ear tips. These things are absolutely terrible, no matter which combination I choose. I desperately want the StayHear tips so I can use this product but it doesn't seem to be in the cards. This could very well be 4-5 stars for others, but for those looking for StayHear tips, stay away...
