Amazing Sound and Fitment

I have used other Bose products in the past and am fairly familiar with them and have always wanted a pair of their earbuds. So when I saw that these were coming out I had to purchase them. These are truly amazing, first the sound quality is 2nd to none. The app that you use with them has good controls for the bass, mid and treble so that you can customize the sound to your liking even more. I have used other products with noise canceling and I feel these "cancel" out the sound more than anything else I've ever used. I use these while mowing on my tractor and I can still hear a little of the noise around me but its just the right amount that the sound quality is on par and I am still aware of my surroundings. Right out of the box the fitment was great for my liking, I do not feel ever that they are going to fall out or slipping which I feel with other similar products. I like the options for not only the tips to be fitted but the outer bands to customize the fitment to everyone's ear size and shape. I would also like to add that the touch controls for volume and skipping tracks and answering the phone work great. They are so easy to use and the app allows some customization as well.

Bose's Best-Ever Earbuds

I've been using these for a couple of weeks (since they launched) and these are by far the best Bose earbuds ever. Noise cancellation is great, though this was expected and has always been the case, but this particular set makes some big improvements that will lead me to use them much more frequently than I have other Bose headsets in the past.
The most important is better phone call and video conference audio quality. I spend many hours each day on the phone and this has historically been a weak point for Bose headsets, but people say they hear me clearly with these on.
The second big improvement is comfort. The slight customizability of these headphones is just enough to make them fit comfortably in my ears - more so than most other headsets.
The much smaller charging case is a plus too.
Lack of multi-point connectivity and moving between devices is clumsy still and could benefit the most from improvement at this point.
Overall, very good and taking "ear share" from my AirPods quickly.

Astounding noise canceling & very comfortable

I have had these for a week, flown with them, and used them all over NYC. it’s stunning how much they block out. Fantastic for running too , they stay in my ears quite well. Best purchase in a long time.

Small package with impressive sound

The Bose QuietComfort Earbuds II are amazing and we just love them. The sound quality is astonishing especially the base. It's insane something so small can create such full sound. The earbuds are light and fit really securely in my ear. The charging case is small and sleek and feels quite solid. The Bose smartphone app is easy to use and gives you a lot of control in customizing the sound. So far I'm really impressed.

Bose raised the bar again! The best sounding ear phones. The fitting tips and ring is brilliant. The ANC is good as you can get. The bass is top shelf. The EQ and ability to customize is unrivaled. I am
an apple guy but Bose earphones are just better !
Love the size and weight. But it’s the sound of all music types heavy metal or techno house. the phone calls are crisper and not dropping calls or connections. My only negative is no atmos ( spatial anudio) and because the ear phones are smaller , they are a little harder getting out of the case if you have bigger fingers. true wireless charging is missing but i think a connection charges faster and more consistent. The best in esr on the market !

Fantastic Earbuds

I didn’t think I would be satisfied, much less impressed with these earbuds. I have come to expect a lot from Bose and they did not disappoint. I was fully immersed in pure noise-canceling bliss when I put both buds in for the first time. I would gladly disconnect from the world any time with these on. They hold a great charge. The vertical case style took some getting used to but it is a minor complaint if that. They were comfortable right out of the box into extended time used. My large ears took them right in and with my hair covering them, you’d think I was blatantly ignoring the public-I was. 10/10.
