Worst headset ever

Not only it doesn’t connect well with bluetooth, it drops out periodically so you have to keep reconnecting with your device. I am going to return it. Worst product I have with Bose.

Very good quality product...exceptional ambient noise reduction system...it doesn't have the "find my buds" system, like old models...Bose doesn't allow changing batteries ...how do we save the planet like this? ?...

I always thought Bose made high quality products. This product was not good. I returned it for a refund after putting it on once. Stay away from this.

Amazing sound!

I LOVE these earbuds!!! The sound is truly amazing, the way less expensive ear buds I had (went through 3 sets) couldn’t begin to produce the quality audio I get with these Bose earbuds. And they are truly noise blocking - someone can be watching TV or gaming in the same room and I don’t hear anything except my music. These are definitely worth the money, easy to use and fit well - no falling out!

I've had these for a few months now. They are my second pair. Worst headphones I've ever owned. Constantly disconnecting from my phone. Ill take them out of my ear put back in case. 2 min later put them back in my ears and they won't connect. While playing it sounds like a hearing test with Constantly random frequency beeps.

As you mentioned the beeps happen when the earbuds are playing, I am certain they are related to the earbuds connectivity and will stop once the earbuds remain connected!

Love them best ear buds ive ever purchased

These earbuds are such great quality! I really love the EQ feature. I kept going back and forth between various earbuds that Bose had but this one stuck out to me because of the EQ feature. My ears are somewhat sensitive to certain pitches/tones and I can adjust it to my liking and not worry about getting a head ache.
The noise cancellation is a lot better than I had imagined. It kind of feels like it suctions to ear to give it the quiet feel. Feels like a concert in your head.
I worried that they would be too bulky/big from the pictures and that they may hurt my ears but they're not they have a nice sleek design and are not too big. They sit comfortably in my ear. They came with different attachments for sizing as well. They do not feel loose either. I've used them for about a week an half now when I go to the gym and have not had any issues with either falling out, no sweat interfering with them.
If there would be anything to recommend I'd say to incorporate more color choices eventually.

If the case battery is depleted, it can be charged in 2 to 3 hours depending on the charging current level of the power source you're using. Less Than Exciting 😟

I bought these Bose QC Earbuds II a month ago and I have had trouble with them ever since. The noise cancelation doesn't come close to an over-the-ears headphone. The sound itself is very good, but with minimal noise cancelation. The earbuds do not seat well in the case, so charging is problematic. I go to use them and often they are not charged. I am a real fan of Bose sound equipment, but these earbuds are the worst Bose product I've ever encountered.

Hello Chuck, I am glad to hear that you are enjoying the sound quality of the QC earbuds II. I am sad to hear that you are experiencing some issues with noise cancellation and with placing the earbuds in the charging case.

If you find that the earbuds are not seating well in the charging case, be sure to check that the stability band is on correctly and not blocking the connection point on the earbud, I recommend that you try reseating the stability bands and check that they go into the case without issue, this will also help with charging them.

For the noise-cancelling issue you mentioned, I recommend trying different sized eartips and stability bands, this will help you find a better fit for your earbuds so that they can create a seal in your ear.
