Mot good for doing sports

Great when they work! But they work 60% of the tim

I’ve had a lot of headphones and have loved other Bose products for 20 plus years. I had high hopes but will be returning these.
Positives:
Great noise canceling, they don’t fallout of your ears like others and comfortable for all day wear (I’m active and in sales).
Cons:
20% of the time phone conversation is garbled
40% of time 1 of the buds syncs with my phone and the other doesn’t
Sometimes these headphones say they are synced to my phone - but MS Teams meetings are playing on phone instead of through the buds. Same with movies.
Touch control is awful. To answer a call - tap to answer - first tap never works, tap a 2nd time (2 times to hang up or ignore) and the call is sent to voicemail or hung up on.

It's awesome to hear you're impressed with the noise cancelling and the comfort/fit. I'm sorry that you're experiencing some issues with phone calls, touch controls, and Bluetooth connection. We'd love to help resolve these so that you can enjoy the earbuds to their full potential.

It would be great to know if issues with calls and syncing happen when connected to an alternative device. If it's just with this device, then resetting the earbuds will clear any minor processing errors to stabilize the connection and improve call quality. Very poor call quality

I bout them because I am a truck driver and wanted the best. When I use them just for listening they are good. When I am on a call it is very poor. No noise cancelling at all. Very disappointed in this product

Great sound of the wind when I’m riding my bike

Although the ear buds have some great qualities, good sound, they link to my iPhone immediately however my poor rating (sorry!) has to do with wind noise when I’m riding my bike really takes away from their enjoyment. Ear covers work but hey we are coming into the summer and head bands are too hot to wear when the temperatures are high like where I live.

It is unusual to hear that you are not happy with the wind noise.
The noise-cancelling works by having microphones, which listen to the outside world, to block out sound effectively. We would recommend turning down, or off the noise-cancelling when used on a bike at high speed, or when there is lots of wind.
