Poor Bluetooth

BT doesn’t always connect to my iPhone 11.
No Sound sometimes when placing a call even when BT is connected.
Sometime sound is very low and can’t be adjusted.
Left earbud doesn’t connect to BT 90% unless I connect the right earbud.
When answering a call the Audio always routes to the phone first then have to manually switch.
Noise canceling is superior!

Thanks for your feedback on the earbuds. I'm happy to let you know that our latest update has released fully independent usage of the earbuds, meaning you can use either the left or right for music and phone calls. Part of the new firmware update also allows the earbuds to switch between primary and secondary earbud as you're using them to ensure you always have the strong connection. Make sure to have the connected in the Bose Music app and get them updated following the app instructions.

Have had them 2 wks. Hate them, batteries are the worst. After they are fully charged, within 24 hours batteries have only 30% left, with one or two brief uses. My sport earbuds were so much better, they held a charge for a week with use.

Excellent Product!

I waited for so long to find a product that would really look cool and deliver quality sound and I found it in BOSE QCE II.
I bought this white Bose QCE II ear buds and it did not disappoint. I watched a movie on my phone and I can clearly hear the background noise of dialogues from the movie which you will not hear if you are watching the same movie on the tv. The noise cancellation is out of this world! You can literally hear NOTHING when the noise cancellation is activated and to think that the earbuds are not even all the way in my ears. The instrument sounds are crisp and you can distinguish them from each other if you are familiar with the instrument's sound.
One thing that I don't like though is linking to the Bose app. It shows disconnected from the app sometimes but the earbuds continue on giving off sounds. I know that the apps are used for the equalizer and battery status, etc. but it would be great if it does not happen.
Overall, I still give BOSE QCE II a 5 star rating because the product delivers the perfect sound of all the earbuds I have tried.

First time buyer of the Bose ear buds. I've had (2) pair of the Apple product and the QC are far superior. Worked real well on a plane.
